How can I prepare for my house cleaner?
It is best that you ensure that items are picked up first. This allows your cleaner to focus on there task at hand! Other than that, leave the rest to us! We will show up to your appointment with all of the necessary supplies and tools for your service.
Do I need to leave during my cleaning?
No you do not need to leave this is your space. The only thing that we request is that you allow for us to do our jobs. If you happen to be in the room that we are cleaning we will simply work around you in the space.
What if I don’t want my cleaner to go into a room or upstairs?
Your cleaning will only go where you have specified during your estimate. You can rest assured that your cleaner will only be where they have been invited in your home.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use various cleaning products depending on the task that we are completing. If you have specifications please state them at the time of your estimate and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Is there anything that you will not clean?
Yes, your cleaning will not clean up urine, feces, or mold. This type of cleaning is geared towards a different realm of cleaning that we do not engage in.
